Stress-Relief Yoga In-Person

Relieve your stress with yoga at the library! Learn some yoga poses and relaxation techniques from our yoga instructor, Sarah, that will keep you stress-free. At the end of the program, grab a goody bag filled with snacks and fun prizes. Yoga mats will be provided for use during the program, or you can bring your own if you'd prefer. This event, for ages 13-18, is sponsored by The Health Plan. Registration is required, so please be sure to register below to reserve your spot.
